The Miami History Project

The Miami History Project is a hands-on internship program that invites public high school juniors and seniors to explore our city’s rich, complex past. Through archival research, field trips to museums and historical sites, and interviews with family and community members, students uncover the stories that have shaped this diverse, vibrant city. Along the way, our interns gain valuable professional experience and an opportunity to create and publish original scholarly research.
